Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener powder
How to prepare
- Pour the coconut milk in a pot with the fire off;
- Add the cocoa and the sweetener;
- Mix it well and start the fire on low flame;
- Stir it constantly. When it boils, count another 5 minutes;
- Separate in jars and garnish with granulated chocolate if you wish.
2. Brigadier fit with 3 ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana-nanicas
- 4 tablespoons of milk powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 100%
How to prepare
- Peel the ripe bananas in the microwave for 2 minutes;

- Mix the cocoa, pudding, sweetener, milk and water in the blender and beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture;

- 8 scoops of milk powder
- 2 tbsp (tablespoons) of diet chocolate milk

- 1 Whey scoop

- Add the solid ingredients to a pan outside the fire;
- After mixing, add the liquid milk and stir well;

- 2 tablespoons semi skimmed milk
