1. Strawberry pave with cornstarch cookie


  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 sifted egg yolks
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • 2 packets of cornstarch cookies
  • Approximately 500 g strawberries
  • Whipped cream to decorate
  • Strawberry Suspiros to decorate
  • Strawberries to decorate


  1. In a pan and with the help of a fouet, mix the milk with the cornstarch;
  2. Turn on medium heat and stir until completely dissolved;
  3. Add the condensed milk, sifted egg yolks and vanilla essence;
  4. Stir, and as soon as it begins to boil and thicken, leave for another 5 minutes;
  5. After that, turn off and cool the cream by stirring;
  6. In a baking dish, pour a little of the cream, spreading it over the whole container;
  7. Make a layer of biscuits, another of chopped strawberries and another of cream;
  8. Repeat the process and refrigerate about 4 hours;
  9. Beat the whipping cream and pour over the top of the pave, making « nozzles » with the spoon;
  10. Garnish with more strawberries and the sighs.

2. Strawberry pave with vanilla essence


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • ½ box heavy cream
  • Approximately 1 tray of strawberries
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • Broth of 2 packets of cornstarch biscuits
  • Chocolate shavings to decorate
  • Strawberries to decorate


  1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk and egg yolks;
  2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, and then throw into the saucepan with the condensed milk and yolks;
  3. Add the vanilla essence and stir;
  4. Remove from heat to add the heavy cream and return to heat stirring;
  5. As soon as it thickens, transfer to a bowl and cover with film paper. Leave to cool in the refrigerator;
  6. Meanwhile, chop the strawberries, whip the whipped cream, and reserve both;
  7. To assemble, begin by placing a little of the cream, then the biscuits and strawberries. Then a layer of cream;
  8. Repeat the process and finish with the whipped cream, plus the chocolate shavings and strawberries;
  9. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight and serve!

3. Strawberry pave with champagne biscuit

Pave ingredients

  • 2 trays of strawberries
  • 2 boxes of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 yolk
  • Approximately 1 cup milk to moisten the cookies
  • 1 package of champagne biscuits
  • 2 bars milk chocolate
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • Milk chocolate shavings

Pave preparation method

  1. To begin, soak the strawberries in water with vinegar for 10 minutes to sanitize;
  2. Reserve 3 strawberries for decoration and chop the rest. Leave them in a colander in the refrigerator for 4 hours to drain the water from the strawberries;
  3. Now, in a saucepan, put the first carton of condensed milk and the cornstarch;
  4. Stir until this starch is dissolved, turn on the fire, and add the other carton of condensed milk, the cream, the milk, and the yolk, which, if you wish, you may strain;
  5. Stir continuously until creamed;
  6. Set aside in a bowl and line with clingfilm. Refrigerate to room temperature;
  7. As soon as it cools down, start assembling: in the bottom of the baking dish, make a thin layer of cream;
  8. Moisten the champagne biscuits in the milk and line the bottom of the baking dish;
  9. The next layer should be completed with half the chopped strawberries;
  10. Then add a layer with half the cream, and go on repeating the process;
  11. Reserve in refrigerator;
  12. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and mix with the heavy cream;
  13. When this ganache has cooled, pour over the dessert;
  14. Decorate with the chocolate shavings and the 3 strawberries. Leave in the fridge for about 4 hours and it’s ready!

4. Strawberry and chocolate pave

Ingredients of the white brigadeiro

  • 2 boxes condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 150 g white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ box heavy cream

Pave ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 1 tray chopped strawberry
  • Approximately 1 cup milk to moisten the cookies
  • Approximately 2 packages of buttery chocolate chip cookies
  • White chocolate shavings for decoration
  • Strawberries to garnish

How to prepare the white brigadeiro

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, add the condensed milk, margarine and white chocolate;
  2. Mix until thickened and fluffy;
  3. Then turn off the heat and add the cream. Stir and set aside until completely cool.

How to Prepare the Pave

  1. In a pan over low heat, add the dark chocolate and the heavy cream;
  2. Mix until chocolate is completely melted, turn off heat and set aside in a bowl;
  3. In a dish, make a layer with white brigadeiro and another with chopped strawberries;
  4. Moisten the biscuits in the milk quickly and make the third layer with the biscuits;
  5. Repeat the layers and finish with the dark chocolate ganache, the white chocolate shavings and the strawberries.

5. Strawberry creamy pave


  • 1 envelope of colourless gelatine
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 pots plain yogurt
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry flavored milk mix
  • ½ cup milk to soak the cookies
  • 1 package of cornstarch cookies
  • 1 tray of chopped strawberries
  • Strawberry ice cream topping to taste
  • Strawberries to decorate


  1. In a pan, place the gelatin and the water. Stir and leave for one minute to hydrate the gelatin;
  2. With the gelatin hydrated, turn on heat and stir until completely dissolved. Set aside;
  3. In a blender, place the condensed milk, plain yogurt, heavy cream, strawberry flavored milk mix, and dissolved gelatin;
  4. Beat for two minutes, and on a platter put a little of the cream;
  5. Dip the crackers in the milk and make a layer with the crackers;
  6. Make a layer with the chopped strawberries and repeat the process;
  7. To finish, use the strawberry topping on top and more strawberries to decorate!

6. Strawberry Pavé with Nut milk


  • 1 box condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 1 cup of milk « leite ninho
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 trays of strawberry
  • 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits
  • Leite Ninho for sprinkling
  • Strawberries to decorate


  1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk with the cornstarch;
  2. Mix well and add the cream and the milk « ninho »;
  3. After stirring, add the milk. Take to fire and mix until it begins to boil;
  4. In a dish, make a thin layer of cream and another of biscuit;
  5. Then, another layer of chopped strawberries and go interspersing the layers;
  6. After finishing, refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours;
  7. Sprinkle with more leite ninho on top and decorate with whole strawberries.

7. Strawberry pave with caramel milk and Nescau


  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • ½ cup of milk « Ninho » milk
  • ½ cup Nescau or other chocolate drink mix
  • 200 g (8 oz) cornstarch biscuits
  • 3 trays of strawberries
  • Powdered milk for sprinkling
  • 1 strawberry for decoration


  1. In a saucepan, place the cornstarch and the first cup of milk. Stir until the starch is dissolved;
  2. Add the other cup of milk, the condensed milk, butter, and heavy cream;
  3. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened and the cream is well cooked;
  4. Divide the cream into two recipients: in one, place the « leite ninho » and in the other the chocolate;
  5. In the serving dish, place a little of the chocolate cream and a layer of biscuits;
  6. Make another layer of chocolate cream, one of chopped strawberries, and one of cream of Ninho’s milk;
  7. Repeat the process until it is finished. Once done, sprinkle the powdered milk and refrigerate for 2 hours and 30 minutes, covering tightly with cling film;
  8. At serving time, finish with more leite ninho and the strawberry in the center to decorate.

8. Strawberry pave fit


  • 1 cup powdered skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • Approximately 1 cup cereal crackers with cocoa
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries


  1. In a saucepan, place the powdered skim milk, cornstarch, xylitol, vanilla essence and skim milk;
  2. Stir over low heat until thickened. After it thickens, turn off the heat and let cool;
  3. Crush the cereal crackers, and in a bowl begin by placing these crushed crackers;
  4. Then add two tablespoonfuls of cream, two of crushed crackers, two of chopped strawberries, and two more of cream;
  5. Finish with a handful of the crushed crackers and a strawberry on top.

9. Strawberry pave without gluten and without lactose


  • 600 ml coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Vanilla extract to taste
  • 4 tablespoons demerara sugar or sweetener
  • 4 sifted egg yolks
  • 8 to 12 strawberries
  • Approximately 21 homemade champagne biscuits
  • Shredded coconut for decoration
  • Strawberries to garnish


  1. In a saucepan, place 80 ml of the coconut milk, the cornstarch, the vanilla extract and the demerara sugar;
  2. Stir until the starch is dissolved and add the egg yolks with the remaining coconut milk which equals 520 ml;
  3. Mix together and place over low heat, stirring until thickened;
  4. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to refrigerate until chilled;
  5. Line a baking pan with plastic wrap and place the cookies, followed by the cream;
  6. Spread the chopped strawberries and repeat the process;
  7. Cover with the plastic wrap and place in the freezer for approximately 3 to 4 hours;
  8. After that, turn out onto a platter and cover with the remaining cream and decorate with grated coconut on top in addition to the strawberries.

10. Vegan Strawberry Pave

Pave ingredients

  • 1 liter vegetable milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Strawberry jam to taste
  • 400 g dairy-free and egg-free biscuits
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 g nuts

Topping ingredients

  • ⅓ cup of soy whipping cream or aquafaba
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Pave preparation method

  1. In a saucepan, place the vegetable milk, sugar, cornstarch and vegan butter;
  2. Stir with a fouet to dissolve the starch, turn on the heat and mix until it becomes a cream;
  3. Add vanilla essence and stir until thickened;
  4. Now, on a platter, place a thin layer of strawberry jam, a layer of maria biscuits and one of cream;
  5. Another layer of biscuits, strawberries and chopped nuts;
  6. One of cream and another layer of biscuits. Reserve.

How to prepare the icing

  1. Whip the soy cream until stiff and fluffy. Then add the sugar and vanilla;
  2. Return to the pave and add more strawberries around, a little of the jelly, and cover with the topping;
  3. Finally, decorate with the strawberries, crackers and nuts!
