  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • BUTTER

  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, butter and mix until it becomes a fluffy mixture. Set aside;
  2. In another bowl, put the egg, the yolk, the butter, the sugar and mix everything very well;
  3. Add the powdered milk, the milk, and stir again;
  4. Lastly, add the flour, yeast, and salt and mix until smooth;
  5. Transfer to a greased baking pan, pour the farofa on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for thirty-five minutes.

  4. Add the yeast, mix gently and transfer dough to a greased and floured baking pan;
  5. Place guava and farofa on top;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for forty minutes.

3. Cake with powdered milk and guava

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  1. In a bowl, place the shredded coconut, the margarine and a little condensed milk until it forms a fluffy mixture. Set aside;
  2. In another bowl put the eggs, margarine, and sugar, and mix all very well;
  3. Add the milk, flour, vanilla essence, and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed;
  4. Add the yeast and mix gently;
  5. Transfer to a greased baking pan and place the farofa of shredded coconut on top;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for forty minutes.

8. Cake with condensed milk

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • COVERING

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, the starch diluted in the milk, the sifted yolk, and the vanilla and cook over low heat for ten minutes;
  2. As soon as it has warmed, pour in the heavy cream and set aside;
  3. In a bowl put the flour, sugar, eggs, margarine, and baking powder, and mix all together very well, until it forms a coarse flour;

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g margarine
  • Cinnamon powder

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • 130 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 15 g dry biological ferment
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g margarine
  • 260 ml milk
  • 480 ml water
  • 400 g dulce de leche

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, margarine, cinnamon and mix until it forms a fluffy mixture. Set aside;
  2. In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and mix everything very well;
  3. Add the eggs, margarine, milk, water, and begin to stir with your hands;
  4. Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained;
  5. Transfer half the dough to a greased baking pan, fill with the dulce de leche and top with more dough;
  6. Let rest for ten minutes, and then put the farofa on top;

  • 1 kg wheat flour

  • 500 g Quark or ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoons cream

Directions

  1. In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar, orange or lemon zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, lard and mix everything very well;
  2. Add the flour, milk, water, yeast and stir until well incorporated;
  3. Transfer to a clean, floured surface and knead until smooth and homogeneous;
  4. Place in bowl again and let rest for fifteen minutes;
  5. In a bowl put the cheese, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and mix it all together very well;
  6. Open the dough and fill with the cheese mixture;
  7. Roll up, place in a greased English cake pan and let rest for half an hour;
  8. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cream and mix until it forms a fluffy mixture;
  9. Brush an egg over the dough of the cuca and sprinkle the farofa on top;
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for forty-five minutes.
