1. Rice to spare

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of boiled rice tea
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cassava flour
  • Parsley

How to prepare

  1. Heat the margarine in a pan until it melts well;
  2. Add the boiled rice and mix, stirring constantly;
  3. Then put the water in, lower the fire and cover the pot so that the rice heats up well. To avoid burning, stir from time to time;
  4. Turn off the fire and add the chopped boiled eggs and parsley. Mix well;
  5. Finally, incorporate the manioc flour and you can serve it now!

2. Frying pan rice pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of boiled rice tea
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1/2 chopped purple onion
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Green smell

How to prepare

  1. Add the onion to a pan with olive oil and sauté it until it wilts;
  2. Place the tomato and season with salt. Cook until the tomatoes wither a little too, without melting completely;
  3. Add the eggs and stir well, then add the boiled rice and mix again;
  4. Add a little green smell, stir, and turn off the fire;
  5. Sprinkle more green smell on top and enjoy!

5. Rice cake

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of green smell
  • 1 egg
  • Black pepper
  • Diced mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, mix the boiled rice, the breadcrumbs, the parmesan, the green smell, the egg and the black pepper;
  2. Take a piece of dough, open it with your hands and fill it with a mozzarella cube, forming a little ball;
  3. Repeat that process until all the mass is finished;
  4. Fry the balls in hot oil little by little so they don’t stick to each other until they turn golden;
  5. Place the dumplings in a container lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Then, just serve!

6. Pizza with rice leftovers

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Recheio

  • 1/2 cup pure tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella
  • 150 g thinly sliced calabrese sausage
  • 1 small onion in slices
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Green olives

How to prepare

  1. In a blender, place the water, oil, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic and yeast. Beat for 2 minutes;
  2. Little by little, add the boiled rice while it beats. From time to time, turn off the blender and stir the dough with a spatula, to be very homogeneous;
  3. When the mixture is doughy and reaches the point where it no longer beats, the dough is ready. Pour and spread on a greased baking sheet;
  4. Take it to bake at 250 degrees on the oven floor, without the bars, so that the bottom of the pizza does not get raw;
  5. Leave for 20 minutes or until the top of the dough is half golden.

Recheio

  1. Season the tomato sauce with salt, sugar, black pepper, oregano and olive oil, then spread the mixture over the roasted pasta;
  2. Add the mozzarella and the calabresa;
  3. Let the onion cook for 2 minutes or until it is transparent in hot water, then add the slices over the dough as well;
  4. Take it to bake at 250 degrees again, for about 8 minutes or until you reach the desired point;
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle oregano and serve with olive oil and green olives.

7. Rice gnocchi

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon lard
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce ready
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • Colorado
  • Salt
  • Green smell

Mass

  • 4 cups of boiled rice tea
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Green smell
  • Black pepper

How to prepare

Sauce

  1. Heat the lard in a pan and brown the garlic, then add the onion and let it stew a little;
  2. Place the minced meat and fry it until it’s very loose;
  3. Season with paprika and salt, then add the tomato sauce and the tomato and let it boil;
  4. Finish with the green smell and turn off the fire.

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 sachet of green corn
  • 250 g of shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chimichurri

How to prepare

  1. Beat the cooked rice, eggs, oil and milk in a blender for 2 minutes;
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the starch, cheese, spices, chopped vegetables and shredded chicken. Stir well;
  3. Finally, add the baking powder and mix;
  4. Place in a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

9. Oven rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked and cold rice
  • 230 g mozzarella cheese in squares
  • 280 g of ham in squares
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped basil
  • Black pepper

How to prepare

  1. In a pan, mix the rice well with the cheese, ham and basil;
  2. Place half of the mixture on a platter that can go in the oven, then sprinkle black pepper and water with olive oil;
  3. Add the rest of the rice mixture and on top add black pepper and olive oil again;
  4. Finish with the Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes to melt the cheese;
  5. Leave the rice for another 3 minutes in the grill function, to gratin, and it’s ready!

10. Rice leftover soufflé

Ingredients

White sauce

  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg

Mass

  • 4 cups of boiled rice tea
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper in cubes
  • 1/2 red pepper in cubes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 gems
  • 300 g diced ham
  • 300 g mozzarella cubes
  • 4 clear
  • Green olives
  • Green smell
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Grated Parmesan

How to prepare

White sauce

  1. Melt the margarine, put the wheat flour and let it fry a little;
  2. Slowly add the milk as you mix. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg, then stir until the mixture thickens and set aside.

Mass

  1. In a bowl, add the cooked rice, carrot, peppers, onion, tomatoes, chopped olives and green smell. Mix well;
  2. Season the mixture with pepper and oregano, then place the yolks, the ham and the mozzarella. Mix it up;
  3. Add the white sauce, mix well and reserve;
  4. Beat the egg whites and then add them to the soufflé paste, stirring lightly;
  5. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and cover with mozzarella, parmesan and olives;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden browned.
