Apricot Jam Recipe
Ingredients:
150 grams of apricot
1 Cup of Crystal or Demerara Sugar
½ cup of water
Preparation mode:
First, to make the apricot jam you must soak the apricot for 6 hours in the water. Place the apricot in a bowl and cover with filtered water and leave there for 6 hours. Place a dish towel on top of the bowl and let it rest.
Then, after 6 am, drain the apricot water, chop it and place it in a pan. Then mix the sugar and water.
In addition, bring it to a low heat and stir it occasionally, let it cook on a very low heat for about 30 minutes or until it becomes jelly.
Let it cool completely and place it in a sterilized glass jar with a lid, if you want to grind it with a mixer.
Store in the refrigerator and consume no more than 15 days.
