1 cup of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
6 dwarf bananas;
2 beaten eggs;
1 cup breadcrumbs;
Canola oil for frying;

Preparation mode

Peel the bananas and remove the wires. Cut them in half.

Pass in the flour and remove the excess. Pass the lightly beaten eggs, drain and remove the excess.

Then, pass in breadcrumbs. Fry in not too hot oil.

Remove with a skimmer and drain on a paper towel.
