30 grams of yeast;
2 eggs;
½ cup (140ml) of oil;
½ cup (140ml) of sugar;
1 teaspoon of salt;
2 cups (500ml) of milk;
1 cup (250ml) of water;
1kg of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;

Preparation mode

In a blender, beat eggs, oil, sugar, salt, milk and water.

Pour into a bowl, add the flour (and yeast), mixing with the aid of a spoon.

Place the dough in the greased loaf pan and let it rise until it doubles in volume. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
