Garlic and Onion Sticks
3 tablespoons of margarine;
2 crushed garlic cloves;
2 teaspoons grated onion;
3 egg yolks;
2 teaspoons of water;
1 cup (240 ml) of Famiglia Venturelli wheat semolina (250g);
½ cup (240 ml) of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour (170g);
½ teaspoon of baking powder;
½ teaspoon of salt;
Preheat the oven. In a bowl, beat the margarine until creamy.
Put the rest of the ingredients, knead well until a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and cut, using a reel, into thin strips 0.5 cm wide and to the desired length.
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
