1 + ½ cup (tea) of Wheat Flour Famiglia Venturelli;
1 cup (tea) of granular sucralose sweetener;
½ liter of skimmed milk;
2 tablespoons of light grated Parmesan cheese;
2 tablespoons of unsweetened grated coconut;
Method of preparation
In a blender, beat the eggs with the milk. Add the Famiglia Venturelli sweetener and wheat flour, beating again for five minutes.
Now add the grated coconut and the Parmesan; beat for two minutes.
Take a pan with a hole in the middle and caramelize it with fructose. Then pour the mixture from the blender into the pan.
Take it to the oven, which must be preheated, and leave it in a water bath for 40 minutes.
Wait until it cools and when it is at room temperature put it in the refrigerator, leaving it there for a few hours.
Unmold carefully and it can serve!
