Making chocolate candy for diabetics is very simple, and also serves for those who do not suffer from the disease, just want to have a healthier diet, while still being delicious!


1 tablespoon of wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli

1 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder

2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener, suitable for stove and oven

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

3 egg whites

1 pinch of salt

For the filling:

1 can of pineapple in diet syrup

½ cup of diet cherry jam

2 tablespoons of sweetener powder

150g of skimmed white cheese

Powdered cinnamon for sprinkling

Powdered sweetener for sprinkling

Method of preparation

In a bowl, place the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed. When forming a foam, add the sweetener and continue beating until you get a firm meringue.

In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (powdered milk, cocoa and flour). Sift them twice so that the roll is spongy. Then mix with the preparation of egg whites, and stir with a wire whisk, making smooth movements, gently wrapping.

Now line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil and pour the dough, using a spatula to spread it well. Bake in a hot oven for 8 minutes. Then, unmold onto a cloth that is sprinkled with sweetener. Remove the paper with the help of a knife.

Beat the white cheese with the sweetener, add 4 slices of pineapple, chopped and drained.

Make a cut at the ends of the dough so that it does not break when rolling. Apply a layer of cherry jam, add the pineapple cream on one end and spread well.

Wrap with the help of a cloth and press lightly with your hands to distribute the filling well. Transport the roll onto a platter. Before serving, decorate it by sprinkling the entire surface with cinnamon and sweetener powder.
