3 cups of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour;
2 chicken broths;
3 cups of milk;
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
Salt to taste;

Preparation mode

This homemade gnocchi recipe is easy and practical.

First, dissolve the 2 broths in the milk and cook with the mayonnaise, parsley and salt.

When it boils and the mayonnaise melts, remove it from the heat and add the flour all at once.

Mix very quickly to avoid lumps.
