60 min

5 servings

500g of Yakissoba Venturelli Pasta;
250g of beef (rump);
250g of chicken breast;
400 ml soy sauce (soy sauce);
20g of grated ginger;
4 tablespoons of oil;
3 large chopped carrots;
2 medium onions, chopped into large pieces;
2 crushed garlic cloves;
½ small chopped cabbage;
1 red pepper and 1 green pepper chopped into strips;
1 tablespoon of corn starch.

Method of preparation

Boil 4 liters of water and add the Famiglia Venturelli yakissoba pasta. Add a drizzle of oil or olive oil and a pinch of salt.

When it is boiling, stir carefully in the first few minutes, cook for approximately 5 to 8 minutes or until the dough is at the desired point.

Place the cooked pasta in the colander, removing all the water. In the pan, put 1 ½ cup (American) soy sauce (soy sauce), approximately 300 ml.

Dissolve the corn starch in ½ cup (American) of water, with approximately 100 ml, and take to the fire. Let it boil, remove from heat and set aside.

Put the oil in a large pan, add the rump and the chicken breast cut into strips. Let it fry. When you start to fry, put the crushed garlic, the chopped carrot, the pepper, and the
onion. Add a teaspoon of grated ginger and ½ cup (American) soy sauce, approximately 100 ml. Cook by
approximately 5 minutes.

Add the chopped cabbage without the stalk, in strips (approximately 1.5 cm thick). Let it cook for some minutes.

Place the cooked and drained yakissoba Famiglia Venturelli pasta, add the soy sauce (soy sauce) thickened with starch and mix. Add salt if necessary.
