2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese;
1 cup (tea) of chopped and fried bacon;
1 chopped tomato;
2 chopped (boiled) eggs;
2 tablespoons of chopped onion;
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
2 cups of milk;
1 chicken broth or meat tablet;
1 tablespoon of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
4 tablespoons of sour cream;
Thin herbs and green smell;
Salt and nutmeg to taste;

Pasta Pasta Ingredients:

125 g of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
1 beaten egg;
1/2 teaspoon of salt;
2 tablespoons of water;

Preparation mode

Macaroni pasta:

Add the flour and salt in a medium bowl. Make a hole in the flour, add the slightly beaten egg and mix.

The dough that will form must be hard. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and stir.

On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Open the dough to the desired thickness (by hand or with the help of a pasta machine). Cut into strips according to the desired width.

Macarroni On Oven:

In a medium ovenproof dish, place the pasta, sprinkle with olive oil, onion, bacon, tomato, eggs, spices. Lightly heat the milk to dissolve the chicken / meat broth, mix the flour, sour cream and spices well.

Arrange the milk with all the ingredients on the pasta, sprinkle the grated cheese and bake until browned. Serve very hot.
