  • 01 glass of water (200ml)

  • 1 cup water (200ml)
  • 1 Star Anise (200ml)
  • Sugar or honey to sweeten if preferred

Directions

  1. Choose a tea of your preference (mint, lemon balm, chamomile, rosemary);
  2. Add the equivalent of 4g of the flowers or leaves in 200 ml of water;
  3. Add one unit of star anise;
  4. Sweeten if preferred;
  5. Heat just until it begins to boil;
  6. Keep tea steeped for up to 4 minutes;
  7. After the infusion time has passed strain your tea and drink.

4. Espinheira Santa tea

  3. Sweeten if preferred;
