3 eggs;
480 ml of milk;
120 ml of oil;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
½ onion;
2 chicken broth tablets;
½ spoon (spoon) of salt;
1 kg of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
Filling
Chives, parsley, tomatoes and grated mozzarella cheese;
Preparation mode
Beat the onion, chicken stock, sugar, salt, milk and yeast in a blender.
Pour into a bowl and add the flour, knead well and let it rise until it doubles in size.
Then open the dough and cut with a round cutter (it could be a glass) stuff, roll and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
