Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup tapioca
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Mozzarella to taste

Directions

  1. Place the tapioca in a bowl;
  2. Add eggs and salt. Mix until tapioca is completely dissolved;
  3. Grease the pan with butter and pour in half the batter;

  1. Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes. Set aside;

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 300 grams of cooked and shredded dried beef
  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • Water
  • 800 grams of cassava
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 100 grams of mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Put the oil in a pan and saute the onion over medium heat;
  2. When it starts to brown, insert the garlic and saute;
  3. Add tomatoes, dried beef, black pepper and parsley. Let simmer until the onion and tomato water has dried;

  • 1/2 can green corn without the canning
  • 10 chopped olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • Chorizo greens to taste
  • Pinch of oregano to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups traditional unleavened flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Oil or butter to taste
  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste

Directions

  1. Place the oil and chopped onion in a saucepan. Sauté until the onion wilts;
  2. Add garlic and saute;
  3. Add parsley, ham, tomatoes, bell pepper, corn, olives, pepper, salt, saffron, paprika and tomato sauce. Mix together and cook for a few minutes;
  4. When the sauce is thickened, season with the oregano and the parsley. Stir and set aside;
  5. To make the dough, put the egg, milk and oil in a bowl. Mix well;
  6. Insert the wheat flour little by little and mix with a fouet or spatula;
  7. When the dough is liquid but consistent, add the yeast and stir gently until incorporated;
  8. Grease a frying pan with oil or butter and heat over medium heat;
  9. Insert a little dough until it is about 1 finger’s thickness from the bottom of the pan;
  10. Add the filling but leave a space at the edges;
  11. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top of the filling;
  12. Cover with another layer of dough, filling the sides well;
  13. Cover and cook for 5 minutes;
  14. Carefully turn the snack over and sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese, oregano and olives. Cover again and leave for another 5 minutes on the fire;
  15. Now all you have to do is enjoy.
