  • 2 tablespoons vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 peanut and chocolate bar

Directions

  1. In a mug, place the wheat flour, the cocoa powder, the demerara sugar and stir;
  2. Then add the vegetable milk, oil and chopped peanut and chocolate bar;
  3. Mix together and microwave for 1 minute on high power;
  4. After that, it’s ready to go!

2. Brownie vegan 3 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe silver bananas
  • ⅓ cup 100% cocoa powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter, tahine or sunflower seed butter

  • 350 g steamed shelled sweet potato

  1. In a bowl, place the sweet potato and coconut milk;

  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g walnuts

  1. In a bowl, place the melted dark chocolate, coconut oil, vegetable milk, brown sugar and mix together;
  2. Add the cocoa powder, stir, and then pour in the flour;
  3. Stir until incorporated and add the crushed hazelnuts and walnuts;
  4. Add the vegan chocolate chips and baking powder;
  5. Transfer the dough to pan with a piece of parchment paper;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
  7. Finally, cut the brownies and serve!

7. Vegan brownie with flaxseed

Brownie ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup 100% cocoa powder
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup demerara sugar
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Topping ingredients

  • ½ cup very hot coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 100 g chopped 90% cocoa chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to prepare the brownie

  1. In a medium bowl, place the water, the flaxseed, the oil, mix and set aside;
  2. Then, in another large bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder and salt;
  3. Mix together and add mixture with the flaxseed;
  4. After it is well incorporated, transfer the dough to a baking pan with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
  5. When removed from the oven, let the brownie cool for about 1 to 2 hours before serving.

How to prepare the topping

  1. In a bowl with the hot coconut milk, add the icing sugar and the 90% cocoa chocolate;
  2. Let stand for 2 minutes and mix well until creamy;
  3. Finally, add the vegetable oil, stir, distribute on top of the brownie and enjoy!

8. Vegan brownie with demerara sugar

Ingredients

  • 180 g 70% chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup demerara sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons cane molasses
  • ½ cup of water
  • 50 g of chopped 70% chocolate
  • 50 g chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. In a double boiler, melt the 70% chocolate with the sunflower oil and set aside;
  2. In a bowl, place the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, demerara sugar and mix;
  3. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla essence, cane molasses and water gradually;
  4. Stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass and add the chopped 70% chocolate and the chopped nuts;
  5. Transfer to a baking pan with parchment paper and sprinkle more walnuts on top;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes;
  7. Let it cool, cut and serve!

9. Vegan Brownie from Bela Gil

Ingredients

  • 120 g of 70% chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup 100% cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup cassava flour
  • 1 tablespoon cassava starch
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed hydrated in ½ cup water

Directions

  1. In a water bath, place the chocolate to melt with the coconut oil;
  2. Meanwhile, in the mixer place the brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour and cassava starch. Stir lightly with the spatula;

  • ¾ cup buckwheat flour
  • ⅔ cup sweet cornmeal

  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ¾ cup colonial honeydew
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, the sweet cornmeal, the bicarbonate, the pinch of salt, the sifted cocoa powder, the xanthan gum and set aside;
  2. In another bowl, place the molasses with the hot water and stir until dissolved;
  3. Add the vanilla extract, coconut oil and whisk well;
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients;
  5. When the dough is homogeneous, add the chopped chestnuts;
  6. Transfer and spread the batter into a pan greased with coconut oil;
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool and serve as you like!
