1. Natural apple juice

Ingredients

  • 6 small apples or 3 large apples
  • 1.2 liter water

Directions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and chop into small cubes;
  2. Pour the water into a saucepan;
  3. Place the apple cubes in the pan;
  4. Turn on medium heat and cook for 30 minutes;
  5. Turn off heat and let the contents of the pan cool slightly;
  6. With a bowl on low, pour the apples and juice into a sieve. Squeeze with a spatula to extract the liquid from the apple pieces;
  7. Reserve the apple pulp and consume as desired;
  8. Transfer the strained liquid to a jar and leave in the refrigerator;

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  3. Pour in the lemon juice and stir;
  4. When the mixture begins to bubble, add the cinnamon, mix, let it simmer a little, and turn off. Set aside;
  5. In another saucepan, place the condensed milk and the yolks. Mix together and turn on the heat;
  6. Add the vanilla essence and stir until dissolved;
  7. Insert the heavy cream and mix. When the cream is thickened, turn off and set aside;
  8. In a large frying pan, put the butter, turn on the fire and wait to melt;
  9. Put the chopped crackers and mix. Leave a little on the heat and turn off;
  10. Pour the walnuts into the bowl with the apple cubes. Mix together;
  11. Assemble the dessert in individual bowls following this order: 1 layer cream, 1 layer cookie, 1 layer apple, and 1 more layer cream;

4. Apple Dessert on a platter

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Margarine to taste
  • 6 small apples or 4 large
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, condensed milk, and orange juice. Mix well with a fouet until smooth;
  2. Insert the vanilla essence and mix;
  3. Grease a medium glass baking dish with margarine;
  4. Cut the apples into slices and distribute a part in the bottom of the baking dish. Remove the seeds, and it is to each one’s taste to remove the peel or keep it;

Ingredients

  • 5 large apples
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar

  1. Remove the cores from the apples;
  2. In place of the stems, poke an ice-cream stick into each apple;
  3. In a saucepan, place the water and sugar. Stir lightly;
  4. Insert the vinegar and mix;
  5. Add the dye gradually until the liquid is in the desired shade;
  6. Turn on low heat and wait for it to come to a boil;
  7. In a separate little glass of water, go about testing by placing a little of the syrup in the clean water. When the syrup is bubbling and hardened, turn off the heat;

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 carton heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 and 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 80 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Place the condensed milk, milk, vanilla and heavy cream in a saucepan. Set aside;
  2. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and cornstarch. When smooth, add to the pan along with the vanilla essence;
  3. Turn on to low heat and stir with a fouet until thickened. Turn off and set aside;
  4. In another bowl, place the flour, sugar, butter, egg and baking powder. Stir with your fingertips until it forms a fluffy mixture. Set aside;
  5. Cut the apples into thin slices and pour into a bowl. Add the 2 tablespoons of sugar, the cinnamon powder, and the juice of the lemon. Mix well;
  6. Grease a dish;
  7. Line the bottom of the dish with half of the farofa; press lightly with back of spoon to set;
  8. Distribute half the apple slices;
  9. Pour off the cream and place the remaining apples on top;
  10. Finish by adding the other half of the farofa;
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  12. Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 6 hours;
  13. Serve.

7. McDonald’s apple pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 and ½ cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Directions

  1. In saucepan, place the apple, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Mix lightly and turn on low heat;
  2. Let the apples cook for 8 minutes;
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in water and insert into saucepan. Stir and wait for the syrup to thicken;
  4. When the syrup is thickened, transfer the mixture to a container and allow to cool;
  5. In a bowl, place the flour, egg, oil, salt, and vinegar. Mix with a spoon and gradually add the water until it is just right. When the dough begins to become heavy, stir with your hands;
  6. Transfer dough to table and handle until smooth and fluffy;
  7. Place dough into a plastic bag and let rest for 20 minutes;
  8. Divide the dough in half. Place one half on the floured surface and keep the other half in the bag;
  9. Open the dough with a roller until it is of a thin thickness;
  10. Cut the dough into medium rectangles. Insert a portion of the apple filling in the center of each and close. Seal the edges well with a fork;
  11. Heat a frying-pan with plenty of oil;
  12. Fry until golden brown and let drain on paper towel;
  13. To finish, make a little mixture of sugar and cinnamon and bake the tarts;
  14. Taste then.

8. Easy apple pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 2 apples cut into slices
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, oil and sugar. Mix well with a fouet;
  2. Add the milk and vanilla essence. Stir;
  3. Passing through the sieve, add the flour and yeast. Mix again until flour is dissolved. Set aside;
  4. Cut apples in half and remove seeds and handle;
  5. Slice apples thinly into half-moon shape;
  6. Grease a medium baking pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar to taste;
  7. Arrange the apple slices in the pan, lining the bottom well and adding the rest on top;

  9. Pour the batter on top and tap the pan lightly to settle it well;

9. Simple American apple pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
  • ⅔ cup chilled butter
  • 6 tablespoons ice water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 8 unpeeled gala or fuji apples
  • Water to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons crystal sugar

Directions

  1. Place the flour, caster sugar and butter in a bowl. Mix with your fingertips until it forms a thick fluffy mixture;
  2. Add cold water a little at a time and knead. When it is loosening from the hands, it is at the right point;
  3. Shape dough into a ball and roll in plastic wrap or leave in a plastic bag. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
  4. With a little flour, open the dough using a rolling pin. Set aside;
  5. Peel apples and remove handle and seeds. Slice in half-moon shape and place in a bowl;
  6. Into this container, pour the water and juice of the lemon. Let it soak for a while;
  7. Drain the apples and mix with the flour, nutmeg, caster sugar and cinnamon powder. Set aside;
  8. Choose a mould 20 to 22 cms in diameter. Line the bottom and sides with a portion of the dough;
  9. Insert the apple filling and spread well;
  10. Cut the rest of the dough into strips and distribute over the filling in the shape of a game of cards;
  11. Brush the egg yolk over the dough and sprinkle the crystal sugar;
  12. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes;
  13. Taste afterwards.

10. Apple cake

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 level tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 unpeeled apples
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • icing sugar to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl place the butter and eggs. Mix with a fouet;
  2. Continue stirring and add sugar. Beat well until completely dissolved;
  3. Pour in milk and mix;
  4. Add the flour and continue stirring;
  5. Insert the yeast and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth;
  6. Peel apples, remove core and cut into thicker slices;
  7. Grease and flour a medium baking pan. Place a few apple slices on the bottom until all the space is covered;
  8. Place the dough on top and settle with a spoon and spatula;
  9. Distribute the remaining apple slices « standing » on top of the dough;
  10. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with the cinnamon and finish by sprinkling;
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  12. If desired, after baking sprinkle caster sugar through a sieve;
  13. Now just enjoy.
