  • 1/2 onion, chopped into slices
  • 500 g of ricotta
  • 250 g of mayonnaise

How to prepare

  1. In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion until well golden. Reserve it;
  2. Cut the ricotta into pieces and mash it with a fork until it shatters;
  3. Put the mayonnaise, onion, salt and black pepper in a bowl and beat it all very well with a mixer;
  4. Add the ricotta and cream to this mixture and beat again with the mixer;

Ingredients

  • 200 g of dehydrated ricotta
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • Green smell
  • 1/2 box of cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Put the ricotta, garlic and the green smell in a food processor and whisk it all. Gradually add the cream until you get the desired texture;
  2. When you have obtained a cream, add salt and black pepper. Beat a little more;
