Ingredients
- 400 g ricotta
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to prepare
- Place the ricotta, peeled garlic, spring onion, olive oil, nutmeg and salt in a food processor or blender;
- Then beat everything very well until it becomes a homogeneous paste;
- Serve with bread or with the accompaniment of your choice!
2. Gorgonzola ricotta pâté
Ingredients
- 480 g ricotta
- 150 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Parsley to taste
How to prepare
- In a bowl, dump the ricotta with a fork, kneading well;
- Add the gorgonzola cheese and keep kneading and mixing;
- Include the olive oil and mix well;

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped into slices
- 500 g of ricotta
- 250 g of mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 box of cream
- Chives
How to prepare
- In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion until well golden. Reserve it;
- Cut the ricotta into pieces and mash it with a fork until it shatters;
- Put the mayonnaise, onion, salt and black pepper in a bowl and beat it all very well with a mixer;

- 200 g of dehydrated ricotta
- 1/2 clove garlic

- 1/2 box of cream
