Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of wheat flour or 3/4 cup of whole flour
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup fine flaked oats
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • 1/2 cup chestnuts (optional)

How to prepare

  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and add the lemon juice and sugar to prevent them from getting dark inside the cake;
  2. In a bowl, place the eggs and brown sugar and mix well;
  3. Put the milk in and mix, then add the flour and stir again;
  4. Add the oil, mix and place the rest of the ingredients: oats, cinnamon powder and yeast;
  5. Place the apple and, if you want, add the chestnuts too;
  6. Grease a form with butter and flour;
  7. In a preheated oven at 180ºC, place the cake to bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

2. Apple cake with microwave oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 small cinnamon spoon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of flaked oats
  • 1/2 apple with peel
  • 1 small spoonful of baking powder
  • Coconut Oil

How to prepare

  1. In a container, beat the egg with the aid of a fork;
  2. Add the cinnamon and honey and mix;
  3. Add the flour and the oat flakes, the half of the diced apple and the yeast. Mix;
  4. Put the mixture in a mug greased with coconut oil;
  5. Take it to the microwave for three minutes.

3. Apple cake with oats and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons margarine at room temperature
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 4 chopped apples with peel
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

How to prepare

  1. In a blender, add the margarine and sugar and whip until it becomes a whitish, fluffy cream;

  7. In a preheated oven at 180ºC, place the cake to bake for approximately 35 minutes.

4. Apple cake with oatmeal fit

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 medium-sized apples with peel cut into small cubes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oat flakes tea
  • 1 cup demerara sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Coconut Oil

How to prepare

  1. In a blender, place the eggs, the coconut oil and the apple. Beat and reserve;
  2. In another bowl, add whole wheat flour, oats, sugar, yeast and cinnamon and stir;
  3. Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and mix;
  4. In a non-stick form and greased with coconut oil, place the dough;
  5. Bake the cake at a temperature of 200 to 220ºC between 20 and 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml of milk
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 coffee spoon vanilla essence
  • 150 g of oat flour
  • 1 coffee spoon of cinnamon
  • 2 peeled and diced apples
  • Coconut Oil
  • 1 coffee spoon of yeast

How to prepare

  1. Add the eggs, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla essence and mix;
  2. Gradually add the flour and cinnamon. Stir well;
  3. Chop the apples;
  4. Grease the shape with coconut oil;
  5. Add the yeast to the dough;
  6. Put half the dough into shape;
  7. Then add the chopped apples and cover with the rest of the dough;
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

6. Lactose free apple cake with oats

Ingredients

  • 4 peeled apples
  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of oats
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 spoonful of baking powder

How to prepare

  1. Put the peeled apples, banana and eggs in the blender and whisk until smooth;
  2. Then add the oats, cinnamon, raisins and yeast and stir until homogeneous;
  3. Grease a baking pan, place apple and cinnamon flakes on top of the dough, bake in the oven from 150ºC to 180ºC and leave for approximately 50 minutes.

7. Apple cake with oats and whole wheat

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 and 1/4 cup demerara or refined sugar
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 peeled and diced apples
  • Cinnamon and sugar to splash

How to prepare

  1. Mix the eggs, oil and milk and add the sugar. Beat well for the sugar to dissolve;
  2. Then add the oats and, with the help of a sieve, the wheat flour, yeast and cinnamon. Also add the chopped apples. Mix until homogenous;
  3. Grease and flare-up a baking tin and put the cake mixture in it;
  4. Finish with chopped apples, cinnamon and sugar;
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes.

8. Apple cake with oats and oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 small apple cut into 4 (to beat together with the dough)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup fine flaked oats
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 1 and 1/2 small apple peeled and cut into cubes

How to prepare

  1. Wash the apples, grease the pan and preheat the oven;
  2. In a blender, place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, shelled apples and cinnamon. Beat;
  3. Cut the other apples and remove the peel. Reserve;
  4. Gradually add the oat flakes and oat flour to the blender and whisk;
  5. Add the yeast and the chopped apple without peel and stir only with the spoon;
  6. Put the dough in the already greased form and bake for about 25 minutes.

9. Apple cake with oats and raisins

  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 50 ml of water
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 200 g of oat bran
  • 1 cup brown sugar

10. Apple cake with oats, raisins and Brazil nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oat flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 large apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup demerara sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped Brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup black raisins

How to prepare

  1. Mix well all the dry ingredients: oat flour, starch, yeast, cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg. Reserve;
  2. Put the wet ingredients in the blender: chopped apples, eggs, sugar, oil and lemon juice. Beat well;
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones and add the sunflower seed and chestnuts;
  4. Place the dough in a greased and floured form and add the raisins on top;
  5. Sink the raisins a little with the help of a spatula;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes.
