  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of wheat flour or 3/4 cup of whole flour
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup fine flaked oats
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • 1/2 cup chestnuts (optional)

How to prepare

  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and add the lemon juice and sugar to prevent them from getting dark inside the cake;
  2. In a bowl, place the eggs and brown sugar and mix well;
  3. Put the milk in and mix, then add the flour and stir again;
  4. Add the oil, mix and place the rest of the ingredients: oats, cinnamon powder and yeast;
  5. Place the apple and, if you want, add the chestnuts too;
  6. Grease a form with butter and flour;
  7. In a preheated oven at 180ºC, place the cake to bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

  • 1 egg

  1. In a container, beat the egg with the aid of a fork;

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 medium-sized apples with peel cut into small cubes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oat flakes tea
  • 1 cup demerara sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

How to prepare

  1. In a blender, place the eggs, the coconut oil and the apple. Beat and reserve;

  • 4 peeled apples
  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of oats

  • 3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 spoonful of baking powder

How to prepare

  1. Put the peeled apples, banana and eggs in the blender and whisk until smooth;
  2. Then add the oats, cinnamon, raisins and yeast and stir until homogeneous;
  3. Grease a baking pan, place apple and cinnamon flakes on top of the dough, bake in the oven from 150ºC to 180ºC and leave for approximately 50 minutes.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 and 1/4 cup demerara or refined sugar
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 peeled and diced apples

How to prepare

  1. Mix the eggs, oil and milk and add the sugar. Beat well for the sugar to dissolve;

  • 2 cups of oat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 large apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup demerara sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped Brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup black raisins

How to prepare

  1. Mix well all the dry ingredients: oat flour, starch, yeast, cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg. Reserve;
  2. Put the wet ingredients in the blender: chopped apples, eggs, sugar, oil and lemon juice. Beat well;
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones and add the sunflower seed and chestnuts;
  4. Place the dough in a greased and floured form and add the raisins on top;
  5. Sink the raisins a little with the help of a spatula;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes.
