1. Scrambled egg in butter

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chorizo to taste
  • A dash of olive oil

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a frying pan and bring to low heat;
  2. Add the butter and start stirring without stopping;
  3. Cook stirring constantly, breaking up the pieces that harden during cooking;
  4. When creamy and more consistent, season with salt and mix a little more;

2. Scrambled egg with cream

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Break the eggs, one by one, in a bowl;
  2. Add the salt and beat lightly with a fouet;
  3. Include the milk and fresh cream and whisk some more;
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat;
  5. When the butter is liquid, pour the egg mixture into the pan;
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly;
  7. Keep stirring until the egg comes to a creamy, consistent consistency;
  8. If necessary, adjust salt, sprinkle parsley over top, finish with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper;
  9. It is ready!

3. Scrambled egg with milk

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Ground saffron to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, break eggs and beat them with a fork;
  2. Add the milk and season with salt, black pepper and saffron to taste;
  3. Finish by adding a little parsley and mix well;

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons light cream
  • 1 Tbsp ghee butter
  • Green onion to taste

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl with a metal whisk and season with salt and black pepper to taste;
  2. In a frying pan, melt the ghee butter over low heat and add the egg mixture;
  3. Cook always stirring very well, making movements from the outside to the inside of the pan;
  4. When the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and serve with fragrant greens to taste!

5. Hotel Scrambled Egg

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste

Directions

  1. In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter until liquid;
  2. Meanwhile, break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork;
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and stir a little more;
  4. As soon as the butter is liquid, with the pan heating, pour in the eggs and stir continuously;
  5. If the eggs are cooking too fast, remove the pan from the fire, stir until cooled a little, and return to the stove;
  6. When the eggs are cooked, but with a creamy, soft texture, turn off the fire;

6. Creamy scrambled egg

  • 8 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, and beat well with a fouet;
  2. Add the milk and whisk some more;
  3. In a tall saucepan, melt the butter over low heat;
  4. Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly with the fouet;
  5. When it is at the creamy consistency, turn off the heat and season with black pepper;

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 g grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 dash of oil
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • Chives to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan;
  2. Add the bell pepper and onion and saute until wilted;
  3. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper and saute a little more;
  4. Include the butter and cook until melted;
  5. Break the eggs into a bowl, beat lightly with a fork, and pour into the pan with vegetables;
  6. Over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until a creamy consistency is obtained;
  7. Turn off the heat, add the green onion and serve!

9. Scrambled egg with bacon

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy and set aside;
  2. Melt the butter in another pan;
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and pour them into the pan;
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and cook stirring constantly;

10. Scrambled egg with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pickled pickled artichokes
  • Laminated portobello mushrooms to taste
  • Truffle salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dessert spoon truffle butter
  • Ciboulette chopped to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat;
  2. Brown the artichokes in this pan;
  3. Add another drizzle of olive oil and saute the mushrooms;
  4. Season everything with truffle salt, black pepper
  5. When well sauteed, pour everything into a dish and set aside;
  6. In a bowl, break the eggs and season them with salt and black pepper and beat with a fork;
  7. Melt the truffle butter in the pan;
  8. Add the egg and cook stirring continuously;
  9. Occasionally remove the pan from the heat, to cook the egg by residual heat and prevent it from coagulating;
  10. When cooked and creamy, remove the pan from the fire and finish cooking over the residual heat;
  11. Serve on a plate with the artichokes and mushrooms, sprinkle ciboulette on top and enjoy!
