1. Plain Oreo Ice Cream


  • 2 packages of Oreo cookies
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream


  1. First, take a package of Oreo and crush only the cookie part without the filling;
  2. In a bowl, put the vanilla ice cream and mix it with half of the crushed cookie;
  3. Then take the other package of biscuit, with filling and all, and break into medium pieces;
  4. In another pot, place the remainder of the crushed biscuit and squeeze to serve as a base;
  5. Pour in the ice cream mixture and finish with more crushed crackers;
  6. Place in the freezer until hardened and serve!

2. Oreo ice cream with fresh cream


  • 300 g fresh cream (can be cream or whipping cream mix)
  • 250 g condensed milk
  • 100 g Oreo cookie


  1. Whip the heavy cream with a whisk or fouet until it reaches the texture of whipping cream;
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix slowly until a homogeneous cream is formed;
  3. Put the crackers into a bag and break them up, leaving them with a few pieces;
  4. Mix the crackers with the cream and place in the freezer for about 4 hours;
  5. When it’s time to serve, you can put some cookies on top!

3. Oreo ice cream with vanilla


  • 2 packages of Oreo (180 g)
  • 500 ml chilled whipping cream
  • 1 can condensed milk (395 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (5 ml)


  1. Start by chopping the crackers and set aside;
  2. In the mixer, add the heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla;
  3. Beat until very creamy;
  4. Then add the crackers and mix gently;
  5. Pour into a baking dish and top with more chopped crackers;
  6. Place in freezer for about 6 hours and take out 5 minutes before serving.

4. Oreo Palette


  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 ml disposable cups
  • Popsicle sticks


  1. Place the crackers inside a plastic bag and break, reserving them;
  2. In a blender, add the condensed milk, heavy cream and milk;
  3. Beat all together, and pour the mixture into the glasses, filling halfway up;

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • ½ can condensed milk
  • 2 and ½ cups fresh cream
  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookie (cookie only)


  1. In a container, prepare the coffee by adding the water and instant coffee;
  2. Mix with the condensed milk and stir;
  3. In the mixer, put this mixture with the fresh cream and beat until supercreamy;
  4. Add the chopped crackers and incorporate into the cream;
  5. Cover with film paper and place in freezer for 3 hours;
  6. The result is a perfectly textured Oreo ice cream, which you finish with more chopped cookies.

7. Oreo Ice Cream Bonbon


  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 400 g white chocolate


  1. Start by crushing the biscuits with filling in a plastic bag;
  2. In a bowl, place the crackers and cream cheese, stirring with a spoon;
  3. After that, mix with the mixer until the dough is uniform;
  4. Take a tablespoon of the dough and roll out as if they were brigadeiros;

  • ¼ cup water (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon neutral alloy (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon emulsifier (13 g)
  • 5 packages of Oreo cookies or 50 units (450 g)


  1. In a blender, add the powdered milk, milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and hydrated gelatin;
  2. Beat these ingredients for 5 minutes and add the neutral alloy, beating for another minute;
  3. Then put the cream on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours until very consistent;
  4. After the time, put the mixture in the mixer and add the emulsifier;
  5. Beat until supercreamy;
  6. Coarsely chop the stuffed biscuits and mix them into the cream;

  • 20 Oreo cookies (2 packages)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • Topping ingredients

    • 120g semi dark chocolate
    • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

    Directions for the ice cream pie

10. Vegan Oreo Ice Cream


  • 4-6 frozen ripe silver bananas
  • 6 Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered coconut milk


  1. Place the frozen bananas in a food processor with 3 crackers, the peanut butter and the coconut milk powder;
  2. Blend everything until it is a smooth texture;
  3. When well blended, add the remaining 3 crackers and pulse;
  4. To serve, you can add peanut chips and an Oreo cookie for the finishing touch!
