1. Avocado toast with mix of nuts and spices
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cumin bean
- 1 teaspoon coriander seed
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup Brazil nuts
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup black sesame
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- Flor de sal to taste
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Pickled red onion to taste
- Coriander to taste
Directions
- In a frying pan, place the chili, allspice, cumin, and coriander seeds and lightly toast for three minutes;
- Transfer to a food processor and pulse until everything is fine. Set aside;
- In the same skillet, place the cashew nuts, the Brazil nuts, the white sesame, the black sesame, the sunflower seeds and also lightly toast;
- Place in processor, adjust salt and blend some more. Set aside;
- In skillet, put the butter, lemon juice, and toast the slice of bread on both sides;
- Cut the avocada into medium slices and place over the bread;
- Season with salt and add the nut and spice mix, lime zest, red onion pickles and cilantro;
- It is ready!
2. Avocado toast with roasted red pepper homus
Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- Chives to taste
Directions
- Place the bell pepper on a sheet of aluminum foil and rub in salt, pepper and olive oil;
- Wrap and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until tender;
- Place in a food processor and add the chickpeas, hot water, juice of half a lemon, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic and blend very well until it becomes a paste;

- 1 avocado
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- 150 g brown mushrooms
- 50 ml water
- 2 tablespoons shoyu sauce
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
- In a bowl, place the avocado, mash until it becomes a paste, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well. Set aside;
- In a saucepan, put the chopped mushrooms, the water, salt, pepper and cook until the liquid reduces;
- Then add the shoyu and fry for another minute;
- Toast the bread slices in a pan and place the avocado paste with the mushrooms on top!
4. Avocado toast with egg and bacon
Ingredients
- Olive oil to taste
- 2 slices of Italian bread
- Bacon in small cubes to taste
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Chives to taste
Directions
- In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and toast the bread. Set aside;
- In the same skillet, add the bacon and fry until golden brown. Set aside;
- In a bowl, place the avocado, mash well and add the onion, tomato, lemon juice, pepper, salt and olive oil;

- 3 ripe avocados

- Break the egg into a bowl and set aside;

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado

Directions
- In a bowl, place the avocado, mash well and add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix. Set aside;
- In a non-stick baking pan, place the bread slices and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly toasted;
- Remove from oven and place the avocado paste, olives and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
8. Avocado toast with pesto sauce

- Basil to taste
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- Olive oil to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Shaped bread
- Sunflower seeds to taste
Directions
- In a blender, place the basil, the peanuts, the olive oil, the garlic, the salt, a little water and beat everything very well until it turns into a paste. Set aside;
