For both children and adults, these recipes with gelatin are ideal for making dessert time much more fun and delicious! In addition to the easy-to-please flavor, these preparations are still super-easy and practical to make. Check them out:

1. Gelatin dessert with two ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes cherry flavored gelatin
  • 420 ml boiling water
  • Oil for greasing
  • 2 envelopes of passion fruit gelatin
  • 210 ml boiling water
  • 2 cartons heavy cream

Directions

  1. Mix the cherry gelatin with the 420 ml of boiling water until well dissolved;
  2. Grease a baking pan with a hole in the middle with oil and pour the gelatine on top;
  3. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm;
  4. In a blender, beat the passion fruit gelatine with the 210 ml boiling water for about 1 minute;
  5. Add the heavy cream and beat for 4 minutes more;
  6. Pour into the baking pan and refrigerate for about 3 hours, until firm;
  7. When it is time to unmold, run a knife around all the edges of the pan;
  8. Turn the pan over onto a plate;
  9. Serve chilled!

2. Mosaic of gelatin

Ingredients

  • 5 envelopes of gelatin of different flavors
  • Boiling water
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored, colorless gelatin
  • 1 box condensed milk
  • 1 bottle coconut milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream
  • Oil for greasing

Directions

  1. Dissolve each envelope of gelatin separately, using 250 ml of boiling water in each;
  2. Place the gelatines in separate jars and refrigerate for a few hours, until well firm;
  3. In a saucepan, put the unflavored gelatine and dissolve in 10 tablespoonfuls of cold water;
  4. Stir well and let stand for about 3 minutes;
  5. Turn on the fire and cook the gelatine, always stirring, taking care not to boil, until dissolved;
  6. In a blender, add the condensed milk, coconut milk, heavy cream, and unflavored gelatin;
  7. Beat for 1 minute;
  8. Remove the gelatines from the refrigerator and slice them into small cubes;
  9. Pour all the small cubes into a large bowl;
  10. Add the mixture from the blender to the bowl and mix well;
  11. Grease a baking pan with a hole in the middle with oil and pour the gelatine into it;
  12. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour;
  13. Taste!

3. Jelly candy

Ingredients

  • 200 ml water
  • 1 envelope of colourless gelatine
  • 1 envelope of flavored gelatin of your choice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add the water, the colorless gelatin and the flavored gelatin;
  2. Mix well and cook over low heat, without letting it boil;
  3. Pour the mixture into ice-cups in the shape of your choice;
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours and unmold;
  5. Then, just enjoy!

4. Jelly Suspiro

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 68 g egg whites
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 envelope gelatine of the flavor of your choice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and egg whites and cook over low heat until the grains dissolve, stirring continuously;
  2. Take this mixture to the mixer and beat for about 5 minutes at maximum speed, until it reaches the point of meringue;
  3. Add the icing sugar and powdered gelatine and beat again, for about 5 minutes;
  4. Put this mixture into a piping bag with a nozzle and make sigh drops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper;
  5. Bake in oven at 80°C for about 30 minutes;
  6. Enjoy!

5. Stuffed gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 box condensed milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream
  • 1 small bottle of coconut milk
  • 24 g colorless and unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Oil for greasing
  • 2 envelopes strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 250 ml cold water

Method of preparation

  1. In a blender, add the condensed milk, heavy cream and coconut milk;
  2. In a container, place the colorless gelatine and water, stir well, and microwave for 20 seconds, until completely dissolved;
  3. Pour the hydrated colorless gelatin into the blender and beat everything for about 2 minutes;
  4. Grease a baking-pan with a hole in the middle with a little oil;
  5. Pour the cream into the pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours;
  6. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatine in boiling water until smooth;
  7. Add the cold water and let stand at room temperature until lukewarm;
  8. Remove the gelatine cream from the refrigerator and unstick it from the form, passing the knife around the edges carefully;
  9. Do not unmould the gelatine cream, just unstick it from the mould;
  10. Pour the cold strawberry gelatine over the cream carefully;
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and return to the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 8 hours;
  12. Unmould the gelatine by carefully passing a spatula around the edges of the mould and turn out on to a plate;
  13. Delight yourself!

6. Ice cream with gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of flavored gelatin of your preference
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • 250 ml of ice water
  • 1 carton of condensed milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a blender, beat the gelatin and hot water just to blend;
  2. Add the ice water and whisk some more;
  3. Include the condensed milk and heavy cream and beat until well blended;
  4. Pour this mixture into a container and place in the freezer for about 3 hours;
  5. Remove from the freezer and pour the frozen mixture into the blender;
  6. Beat on high speed for about 10 minutes, until doubled in volume;
  7. Pour mixture into containers and freeze for at least 5 hours, or until hardened;
  8. Enjoy!

7. Maria-mole of gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of unflavored, colorless gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons cold water
  • 240 ml of boiling water
  • 1 envelope of gelatin with the flavor of your choice
  • 1 cup of caster sugar
  • Oil for greasing
  • 1 package of grated coconut

Directions

  1. Dilute the colorless gelatin in cold water and let stand for 5 minutes;
  2. Then microwave for 15 seconds, until well diluted;
  3. In another bowl, dilute the flavored gelatin in the boiling water;
  4. In a mixer, add the colorless gelatin and the flavored gelatin and beat for about 5 minutes;
  5. Add the caster sugar and beat for another 10 minutes, until it reaches the consistency of meringue;
  6. Grease a baking pan with oil and pour the maria-mole mixture into it;
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours, until firm;
  8. Grease the table and knife with a little oil;
  9. Remove the maria-mole from the refrigerator, unmold and cut into small cubes;
  10. Dip the cubes in the grated coconut and enjoy!

8. Jelly pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes of flavored gelatin of your choice
  • 300 ml of boiling water
  • 1 box condensed milk
  • 1 carton (same size as condensed milk) of milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream
  • Oil for greasing

Directions

  1. Dilute the gelatin in boiling water;
  2. In a blender, add the condensed milk, milk, cream and diluted gelatine;
  3. Beat until well blended;
  4. Grease a baking pan with a hole in the middle with oil;
  5. Pour mixture into pan and refrigerate until hardened;
  6. Unmold the pudding onto a plate and enjoy!

9. Pineapple dessert with gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 envelopes pineapple gelatine
  • 1/2 box condensed milk
  • 2 cartons heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the chopped pineapple, the sugar and the water and wait until it begins to boil;
  2. When it begins to bubble, let it cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat;
  3. Turn off the heat, then add the powdered gelatine, condensed milk, and heavy cream;
  4. Stir all very well, and let it warm for a few minutes;
  5. Pour it all into a bowl and refrigerate overnight until it hardens;
  6. Taste!

10. Nest milk mousse with strawberry gelatin

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes strawberry gelatin
  • 1 envelope of colourless and unflavoured gelatine
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 240 ml water
  • 1 box condensed milk
  • 2 cartons heavy cream
  • 2 cups of milk « leite ninho
  • Strawberries for decoration

Directions

  1. Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to package directions, pour into a large bowl and refrigerate until hardened;
  2. In a bowl, dilute the colorless gelatin in the 6 tablespoons of cold water and let stand for 8 minutes;
  3. Heat the colorless gelatin for 15 seconds in the microwave, until liquid;
  4. In a blender, add the water, condensed milk, heavy cream, and hydrated colorless gelatin;
  5. Start beating and add the milk ninho little by little;
  6. Beat until smooth;
  7. Pour this cream over the strawberry gelatine and refrigerate for a few hours until firm;
  8. Decorate with strawberries and leite ninho and serve!
