1. Simple iced coffee

Ingredients

  • 150 ml of strained coffee (no sugar)
  • 150 ml of chilled whole milk
  • 1 cup of ice

How to prepare

  1. Put the filtered coffee in a cup and wait until it cools down a little;
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender and beat well;
  3. Then just put it in a glass and serve!

2. Iced coffee with Sicilian lemon

Ingredients

  • 50 ml soda water
  • 1 Sicilian lemon
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of soluble coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How to prepare

  1. Put the soluble coffee, the soda water and stir in a glass;
  2. In another glass, to serve, add the ice and pour the coffee on top. If necessary, add a little more soda water and add the sugar;
  3. Cut the Sicilian lemon peel superficially, forming a strip approximately one finger thick;

3. Creamy iced coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
  • ¾ spoon (soup) of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 4 drops of vanilla essence

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, add soluble coffee, sugar and water;
  2. With a fuê, beat the ingredients for five minutes. If you prefer, beat in the mixer or with an electric fuê for 1 minute and reserve;
  3. In a glass, put the ice, milk and vanilla;
  4. Stir with a spoon and gradually add the mixture to the coffee;
  5. Finally, just move everything and enjoy!

4. Iced coffee with vanilla essence

Ingredients

  • Approximately 4 tablespoons of chocolate or caramel syrup
  • Approximately 250 ml of strained coffee (no sugar)
  • 6 drops of vanilla essence
  • Approximately 250 ml of whole milk
  • 7 ice cubes

How to prepare

  1. In a cup, put the amount of syrup to sweeten your coffee;
  2. Add the coffee to half the cup and the vanilla essence;
  3. Complete with whole milk, observing if you like the most present coffee or more milk and, finally, the ice cubes;
  4. Stir with a straw and serve!

5. Iced coffee with rum

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of coffee powder
  • 250 ml of water
  • 5 shallow (soup) spoons of sugar
  • Ice cubes (to taste)
  • 1 shot of aged rum
  • 300 ml of whole milk
  • 1 pinch of flor de sal (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick (to taste)
  • Grated bitter chocolate (to taste)

How to prepare

  1. Pass the coffee, and beat the coffee and sugar until it’s creamy. Reserve it;
  2. In a glass, place the ice cubes, the rum, the milk and the creamy mixture;
  3. Then, it’s time for a pinch of flor de sal, cinnamon and grated bitter chocolate to finish.

6. Iced coffee with caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of refined sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml of strong strained coffee (no sugar)
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Chantilly (to taste)
  • Grated chocolate (to taste)

How to prepare

  1. Start with the caramel, adding the sugar and the spoons of water in a pan, and light in medium heat;
  2. Stir just to add the ingredients and leave it on the fire until it’s caramel colored;
  3. When it reaches the color, add a pinch of salt, stir and let it cool;
  4. As soon as the caramel is cold, put the amount of 1 cup in the blender;
  5. With the caramel, add the ready coffee, the milk, the ice cubes and beat in the blender until incorporated;
  6. The yield is two glasses. Then, prepare the assembly by placing some of the caramel on the bottom of the cup and on the edge;
  7. After that, it’s time to pour the iced coffee into the glasses, and finish with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Okay, now just savor it!

7. Iced coffee with chocolate

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of strained coffee (no sugar)
  • 250 ml of iced milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons of melted milk chocolate
  • Chantilly to decorate
  • Granulate to decorate the edge of the cup
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

How to prepare

  1. Start by placing the strained coffee on a small ice tray and take it to the freezer for 4 hours;
  2. When ready, add the milk, sugar, chocolate powder and ice cubes to the blender and beat until supreme;
  3. Then add the melted chocolate and smack a little more;

How to prepare

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • Ginger powder (to taste)
