- Add the potatoes to the pot and mix very well.

- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 dessert spoons of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 coffee spoon turmeric
- 1 coffee spoon of spicy paprika
- 500 g of wheat flour
- 1 cup of coffee of oil
- 10 g of dry organic yeast
- 275 ml of water
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
How to prepare
- In a container, mix the olive oil, oregano, half of the salt, turmeric and paprika. Reserve;
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour and the rest of the salt. Stir with a spatula;
- Add the cup of oil, the yeast and half the water. Mix well and add more water;
- Start stirring the dough with your hands and add more water;
- Transfer the dough to the table and sound until the texture is smooth and shaking of the hands;
- If necessary, wet your hands to get the point right;
- Make a ball out of the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes;
- Wrap it in plastic-film. Let it rest for 1 hour;
- Divide the mass into four parts. Take a piece and start opening with your hands;
- Finish with a roll, leaving the thickness thin and in disk format. Transfer to a shape;
- Drill holes with a fork, brush the seasoning over the dough, cover with the parmesan and cut the dough into 8 parts;
- Bake in preheated oven at 250º C for 10 to 20 minutes or until the edge is golden brown;
- Repeat the process with the other three pieces of dough.
10. Chicken basket with Catupiry
Ingredients
- Pastel Pastry
- Shredded and seasoned chicken
- Catupiry
- Grated Parmesan
- Oregano
How to prepare
- Cut the pastry to make it round and place it in a pie dish;
- Drill holes with a knife in the dough and bake it in the oven;
