1 cup of vegetable rice drink
¼ cup of dietary sweetener for stove and oven
¼ cup of canola oil
1 egg
1 envelope of dry biological yeast
1 teaspoon of salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Place all ingredients, except the flours, in a blender. Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add the flour gradually, until the dough comes off the hands.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Form small balls with the dough, shaping the loaves. Place them on a greased and dusted baking sheet, remembering to leave a space between them.

Let it sit for another 20 minutes.

Then, place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C, for about 40 minutes or until your rolls are golden brown.

02 – Recipe for Whole Banana Diet Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour
½ cup of whole wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli
1 and ⅓ cup of mashed banana
1 egg
¼ cup of skimmed natural yogurt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
5 tablespoons of light margarine
¾ cup (tea) of culinary sweetener
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 and ½ cup (tea) of vanilla extract

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Take an English cake pan, grease it and then set it aside.

Take the mashed banana, mix it with the yogurt and set it aside.

In a container, sift the flours, baking soda and baking powder. Reserve.

In the mixer, add the margarine and beat until creamy. Then add the vanilla, then the sweetener, and whisk again. Continue beating at low speed and add the two reserved mixtures.

Pour the dough into the greased pan, then smooth the surface until it is even. Bake for 40 minutes.

03 – Recipe for wholegrain diet bread with sesame

INGREDIENTS

8 cups of whole wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli
½ cup (tea) of light margarine
4 tablespoons of fresh yeast
25 drops of liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon of salt
2 cups of tea
sesame to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Take a bowl and add the liquid sweetener, water and fresh yeast. Mix well.

Then add the light margarine and salt. Put the whole wheat flour little by little, mixing until the dough is homogeneous. Then knead the dough.

Cover the dough with a clean, dry cloth and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Then, divide the dough into small portions, shape the loaves and, finally, sprinkle with sesame.

Venturelli tip: Let it grow, until it double the volume!

After that, take it to a preheated oven at 170ºC and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve!
