1 cup of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
¾ cup of sugar;
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
2 teaspoons of baking powder;
½ cup of milk;
drops of vanilla essence;
6 tablespoons of melted butter;
1 cup of brown sugar mixed with 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
½ cup of chocolate chips;
1 ½ cup of boiling water;

Preparation mode

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Reserve.

Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, drops of vanilla essence and melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until it forms a uniform dough and pour into a greased ovenproof dish.

On the uniform dough place the brown sugar mixed with 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Then spread the chocolate drops and then pour the boiling water, without stirring.

Bake in a medium oven preheated to 180ºC for 35 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Then serve with vanilla ice cream.
