1. plain peanut milk

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup raw peanut and peanut shells
  • 1 l of filtered water

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, place the washed peanuts and cover with water. Let them rest for 12 hours at room temperature;
  2. After that, drain the water and wash the peanuts well;
  3. Put the peanuts in a pan with water until covered and let boil;
  4. When it boils, turn off the fire and let it rest for 5 minutes;
  5. Strain, wash the peanuts and place in a blender with 1 liter of filtered water;
  6. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture, strain on a fine sieve and you’re done!

2. Peanut milk with peanut paste

Ingredients

  • 5 spoons of peanut butter
  • 1 l of hot water

How to prepare

  1. In the blender, place the peanut butter paste and hot water;
  2. Let it hit for 5 minutes and enjoy!

3. Toasted peanut milk

Ingredients

  • 500 g of roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 10 cups of hot water
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, cover the peanut with water and add the vinegar;
  2. Soak it in the fridge overnight;
  3. The next day, discard the water and wash the beans thoroughly;
  4. Divide the peanut into 3 parts;
  5. In a blender, beat 1/3 of the peanut with about 3 cups of hot water for 2 minutes or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained;
  6. Strain the mixture on a sieve or thin cloth;
  7. Repeat the process with the rest of the peanut;
  8. With the milk ready, add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste, mix and try!

4. Peanut milk with salt and sugar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw peanut tea
  • 1,2 l of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar

How to prepare

  1. Soak the peanut for 8 to 12 hours;
  2. Drain the water and wash the peanut well;
  3. Beat the peanut with the water in the blender for 2 minutes;
  4. Strain the milk on a voal tissue to remove all the residue;
  5. Put the milk in a pan and boil it for about 6 minutes or until it doesn’t taste like raw peanuts;
  6. Turn off the heat, add salt and sugar and it is ready for consumption.

5. Peanut milk with demerara sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup demerara sugar
  • 1 l of boiling water

How to prepare

  1. Put the peanut in a bowl and take it to the microwave to toast for 2 minutes;
  2. Mix the grains and repeat the process;
  3. Repeat the process again, but leaving the peanut only for 1 minute in the microwave;
  4. In a blender, add the roasted peanuts, salt and sugar. Beat until it becomes a cream;
  5. Add boiling water little by little and beat well until a homogeneous mixture is reached.

6. Peanut milk with oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw peanut
  • 1 l of water
  • 1 shallow tablespoon of oats

How to prepare

  1. In a blender, beat the peanut, water and oats for 5 minutes;
  2. Take the mixture to a pot and let it boil;
  3. After that, turn off the fire and let it rest for a few minutes;
  4. In a voal tissue, strain the milk and serve.

7. Peanut milk with oats and vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup raw peanut
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 l of boiling water
  • 1 l of filtered water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to prepare

  1. Soak the peanut in filtered water for at least 12 hours;
  2. Then drain the peanut water and put it in a pot of water until covered. Cook until it boils;
  3. Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the oats and boiling water until it is homogeneous;
  4. Then sieve the oat milk into a voal tissue and set aside;
  5. Drain the peanut water and let the grains rest for about 2 minutes;
  6. In the blender place the peanut with the filtered water. Beat for a few seconds and then add the vanilla and salt. Beat it again until it is homogeneous;
  7. Strain the peanut milk on the voal. Finally, mix the oat milk with the peanut milk and it’s ready!
