1. Simple soy burger

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked soy beans
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Grind the soybeans in a blender;
  2. In a saucepan, add the soybeans and seasonings;
  3. Add the onion, carrot, flour and garlic clove;
  4. Stir with hands until ingredients are incorporated;
  5. Add more flour if needed to bind;
  6. Shape the burgers on film paper and wrap them;
  7. Fry and bon appétit!

2. Soy burger with onion cream

Ingredients

  • Soy PTS Bacon Flavor
  • Water
  • Parsley
  • Onion Cream
  • Wheat Flour
  • Thread flour

Directions

  1. Combine the soybean and water in a saucepan and let it hydrate on the fire;
  2. In a food processor, pulse the hydrated soybeans, parsley, and onion cream;
  3. Add the wheat flour and breadcrumbs and mix well;
  4. Shape the dough into hamburger shape with a baking pan or your own hand;
  5. Leave it for a time in the freezer to firm it up;
  6. Now, just fry the burger and assemble your snack!

3. Soy burger with eggplant

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy protein
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup grated eggplant
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Let the soybean hydrate in the water;
  2. Add the eggplant and mix;
  3. Add the mustard and seasonings and stir well;
  4. Shape the burgers and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes;

4. Soy burger with sweet potato

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy protein
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup boiled sweet potato
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the soy protein and hot water and let it rest for 5 minutes;
  2. Add the mashed cooked potato and seasonings and stir well;
  3. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well;
  4. Shape the burgers into balls;
  5. Fry and assemble as you like!

5. Soy burger with meat and oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup texturized soy protein
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ground beef or ground chicken (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup fine flaked oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 packet of cheese or onion soup
  • 1 teaspoon base seasoning

Directions

  1. Boil the soy protein in the 3 cups of water;
  2. When it stops foaming, strain and squeeze out all the water;
  3. After it has cooled, take it to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together;
  4. Shape the burgers;
  5. You can choose to package and freeze or consume this delicious treat right away.

6. Soy burger with shoyu

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups medium textured soy protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion (you can use parsley and cilantro too)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons shoyu sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon English sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 packet of flavor enhancer
  • 1 packet meat seasoning powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour or oat flour (if more is needed, add gradually)
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano

Directions

  1. Place the soy protein in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes;
  2. Pass the soybeans through a sieve and drain off the water;
  3. Return the soybeans to the saucepan with more hot water for 5 minutes;
  4. Drain the water, rinse the soybeans and let drain well;
  5. Add the egg, seasonings, onion, scallions, olive oil, shoyu, English sauce, garlic and flavor enhancer. Stir everything together;
  6. Add the wheat flour and mix together;
  7. With your hand, knead the mixture well;
  8. Now, simply shape cupcakes in the film paper and freeze;
  9. Then just thaw and fry, grill or bake!

7. Soy burger with breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • 3 cups texturized soy protein
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons shoyu sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 cups chopped parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Moisten the soybeans;
  2. Add the shoyu sauce and stir;
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture;
  4. Set aside for a few minutes;
  5. Shape the burgers and place on a greased baking sheet;
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy!

8. Healthy soy burger

Ingredients

  • 2 cups texturized soy protein
  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 broth tablet
  • Salt, pepper and spices to taste

Directions

  1. After soaking the soybeans, remove excess water;
  2. Incorporate the soy protein with the ground beef, onion, garlic and seasonings;
  3. Add the egg and the bouillon tablet and knead well;
  4. Open the dough on a board and cut the burgers with a rim or a glass;
  5. Make the pan very hot and grill the hamburger.

9. Vegan soy burger

  • 1 cup medium textured soy protein
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons shoyu
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon dehydrated mint (or natural)
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (there are vegan)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Hydrate the soy protein in 2 cups of water, add the shoyu and let it rest for 15 minutes;
  2. In a bowl, put the oats, 1/2 cup of water and the olive oil. Stir and let rest for 15 minutes;
  3. Brush the soy protein and mix with the oats;
  4. Add to the mixture the parsley, onion, garlic, mint, flour and breadcrumbs and stir well;
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste;
  6. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes;
  7. Now, it is time to shape little balls and let rest for 20 minutes in the freezer, so that they do not disassemble;
  8. Fry or bake the burgers and enjoy!

10. Vegan soy burger with chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 250 g textured soybean
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons oatmeal
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cumin, oregano and chimichurri
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Wheat flour to the point

Directions

  1. Let the soybean hydrate in hot water for 30 minutes;
  2. Squeeze and dry thoroughly;
  3. Whisk the olive oil, onion and garlic in a blender;
  4. Add the oats and seasonings to the mixture;
  5. Incorporate the soybeans, then add the shoyu sauce and flour;
  6. Keep mixing and adding flour as needed to give the point, which is correct when the dough stops sticking to the hand;
  7. Shape the burgers and fry!
