To make this easy Passion Fruit Bread recipe, you will need:

1 and ½ cup (tea) of milk;
3 egg yolks;
2 tablespoons of margarine;
½ cup (tea) of sugar;
1 pinch of salt;
2 tablespoons of biological yeast;
500g of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;

300 ml of passion fruit juice;
1 cup (tea) of sugar;
2 tablespoons of corn starch;
Bring to the heat, stirring constantly until it forms a cream;
Let cool and stuff the rolls;

1/2 condensed milk;
1 packet of grated coconut;

Preparation mode

Dissolve the yeast with the milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt and 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, mix well and let it rise.

In a bowl, put the rest of the sugar and margarine together with the yeast already grown and place the wheat flour little by little, mixing well until it forms a very soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Shape the loaves and bake. After baking fill the breads with the cream.
